FOUNDER

Akua Boamah Mireku is the CEO and founder of Prime Maison Ltd, a Realty &
Consultancy. Akua is a Lawyer with wealth of experience in real estate and
infrastructure practice. In her line of work, she provides advisory services for
individuals, investors, and developers in the real estate industry in Ghana. She is
knowledgeable in various aspects of real estate and infrastructure, this includes the
legal regime that governs real estate and properties in Ghana, investment, financing,
leasing, sales and marketing. Her vision is to help clients with her expertise to create
and grow their wealth by investing in the real estate industry.

Prime Maison Ltd was birthed in 2022, after our founder identified the need for a more diligent and investment focused approach to real estate.

By under studying her father who has been successful in the real estate and property industry as a broker and investor for more than two decades, our founder is fueled by a passion for helping families find their first homes, entities invest safely in landed
properties and maintain properties to maximize their value.
